Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Music Label Group ("we", "us") about your use of Listncloud at https://cloud.listnmusic.com. By creating an account or using Listncloud, you agree to them. If you use Listncloud for a company or label, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
Accounts
You need an account to use Listncloud. Give us accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at info@mlgmusic.com if you think someone else has got into your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Workspaces and your team
Files live in workspaces. The owner of a workspace decides who joins it and what each person can do. Owners and admins can add or remove people, change roles and manage billing. Anyone you invite can see what their role allows, so invite with care.
Your content
Your music, artwork, documents, notes and comments stay yours. You give us permission to store, copy, process and show your content only as needed to run Listncloud for you: for example to play it, draw waveforms, measure loudness, make the versions you save, and deliver it to the people and services you choose.
Only upload content you own or have permission to use. You're responsible for your content and for having the rights to share it.
Demo drop pages
If you switch on a drop page, anyone with the link can send you files. People who send demos must own or control what they send. As the workspace owner, you decide what to keep or decline, and you're responsible for how you use what you receive.
Sharing and hand-offs
Share links, presentation pages and hand-offs send your content to people and services you choose. Anyone with a link can open it until it expires or you switch it off. Services you hand off to, such as Listn Music or MLG, have their own terms.
Plans, trials and billing
Some features and limits depend on your plan. New workspaces start with a free trial of a paid plan; when it ends, the workspace moves to the free plan unless you choose a paid one. Paid plans are billed per seat, in advance, through Stripe, and renew until you cancel. You can change or cancel at any time from Manage billing, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires. If a payment fails, we may limit paid features until it's sorted out.
Acceptable use
Don't use Listncloud to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malware, get around security or plan limits, overload the service, or harass anyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Listncloud infringes your copyright, email info@mlgmusic.com with the details of the work, where it appears, and your contact details. We'll look into it and may remove the content and suspend repeat infringers.
The service
We work to keep Listncloud running and your files safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything important. We may change, add or remove features, and we'll give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.
Ending your use
You can stop using Listncloud at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk. When an account closes, its workspaces and files may be deleted.
Disclaimers and liability
Listncloud is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make significant changes, we'll tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use Listncloud after that means you accept the updated terms.
