Who we are
Listncloud (https://cloud.listnmusic.com) is run by Music Label Group. This policy explains what we collect when you use Listncloud, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to info@mlgmusic.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password.
- Your content: tracks, artwork, documents, notes, comments, playlists and the details you add, such as titles, credits and codes like ISRC.
- Demo submissions: when someone sends music through a drop page, their name, email address, any links and message, and the files they send.
- Billing: if you subscribe, Stripe handles your payment. We keep the customer and subscription references Stripe gives us and your plan status, never your card number.
- Technical data: IP addresses and basic request details that our servers use to keep Listncloud secure and working, for example to stop abuse.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Listncloud also keeps a few preferences in your browser, such as volume, panel layout and mastering memories.
How we use it
To run Listncloud: store and play your files, measure loudness, show who did what in a workspace, deliver shares and hand-offs you send, take payments, answer support requests, keep the service secure, and tell you about important changes.
Who we share it with
- People you choose: your workspace members, and anyone you send a share link or hand-off to.
- Service providers who run parts of Listncloud for us, such as hosting, file storage and payments (Stripe), under agreements to protect your information.
- When the law requires it, or to protect people's safety and our rights.
We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is open. Tracks you delete go to Trash until they're deleted permanently. When a demo is declined, its files are deleted and the sender's details are kept so you have a record. When an account is closed, its workspaces and files are deleted, apart from what we must keep for legal or billing reasons.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, stored secrets are encrypted, and each workspace's files are kept apart from every other workspace's. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.
Your choices and rights
You can view and change your details in Settings. To get a copy of your information, correct it or have it deleted, email info@mlgmusic.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.
Children
Listncloud isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Where your information goes
We're based in the United States, and your information may be stored and processed there.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll tell you before the change takes effect.
